Q)  How long does the Workers Compensation MN  process take?

A) Most Wrokers Compensation claims last anywhere from 18 months to 2 years after the date of injury, some cases can go longer.  The longest case I ever had lasted 9 years because it took a long time for the employee to heal plus we went up to the Supreme Court a couple of times.  But on average 18 months to 2 years is the expectancy of a case.
