Q)  What constitutes a Workers Compensation MN claim?

A) In order for an employee to prove a claim what constitute a claim, the employee must prove four  different things. He or she must prove that they have a physical injury. They must show that their injury arose out of their employment that means that they had to be doing something for the benefit of the employer when they were hurt.  The third requirement is that the injury was sustained within the course and scope of employment, that's a time and place factor test, it simply means that you had to of been on the job when you were hurt and the fourth requirement is that you told the employer, that you gave them notice of the injury.
