Q) Can I re-open an existing Workers Compensation MN claim?

A) Once a claim has been accepted for benefits it is open for life unless you close it.  In other words if you have treatment for a 1995 injury in 2010 that claim is still covered as long as the treatment relates back to the original injury.  All claims for benefits are open for benefits until you close them.
