A) There are many factors that come into evaluating a Workers Compensation claim, age, the nature and extent of your injuries, whether or not you return to work with your old employer, how much you are earning at your new job, whether or not you have been retrained, what is the extent of your permanent injuries.  All those variables come into play when you figure out how much the value of a case is.  Each case is specific, there are so many variables that you can't have a general as to what a case is worth.
