Mr. Seifert was born in Symrna, Tennessee in 1957. He joined the firm as an associate in 1998, becoming a shareholder in 2001.

Mr. Seifert has been practicing almost exclusively in the areas of worker's compensation law, personal injury and general practice since being admitted to the bar in 1983. Mr. Seifert has represented individuals, employers and insurers regarding their rights when someone has been injured on the job. He frequently lectures, writes articles and gives presentations on current issues, claims management, and individual rights regarding worker's compensation law. In the area of personal injury, Mr. Seifert has tried many cases, including obtaining the largest verdict in Central Minnesota history for a personal injury claim. In the area of general practice, he tackles trial work concerning real estate, contracts and consumer rights. He is a member of the Minnesota Association of Justice, Minnesota State Bar Association, Seventh District Bar Association,Stearns Benton Bar Association, Morrison County Bar Association and MSBA Rules of Professional Responsibility Committee. Mr. Seifert has offices in St. Cloud and Little Falls. He also teaches at a local college.
